人良油坊透過專業輕焙製程，淺焙嚴選白芝麻，淡淡培火香氣保留白芝麻清爽原味，透過純重力物理壓榨方式，萃取出黃金透亮富含芝麻香氣的芝麻輕油，非常適合中式料理各種煎炒煮炸使用，較白芝麻油更為清爽，香氣淡雅不搶味。
<平均1公斤芝麻僅能生產250毫升的特級清油> 特選芝麻經清洗、篩選、乾燥之後由職人榨油師全程精準掌控焙炒時間與溫度，萃取白芝麻精華。 白芝麻含豐富維生素E、K、木酚素及鈣，有助骨骼、牙齒正常發育。
