特色：秈稻，直鏈澱粉含量較高，不易脹氣、低升糖。米種品系為香米，帶清香風味。農園有石虎「豆棗」家族的出沒紀錄

米種認識：台農秈22號
原品系名稱為嘉農秈育892212號，是由農業試驗所嘉義分所育成，2004年正式命名的秈稻（在來米）品種。米粒細長且黏性較低，具備高纖低澱的優點，米心鬆軟好消化不易產生飽脹感。而台農秈22號本身即帶有天然的淡雅清香，除了直接煮飯品嚐外，也是特別適合炒飯、熬粥的米種。
